There is definately a learning curve after using non-stick pans for so long. My husband cooks in the pan and I clean it up. Even though stuff does stick to the pan I have not found it difficult to clean. Soap, hot water, and occasionally that nifty scrubber you included.

This pan is everything I hoped it would be. As I'm using it the somewhat grainy surface it started out with - and the scratchy sound did bother me - is smoothing out, and it sounds "normal" to me now. The handle stays cool. All the things Papa Mau says it was designed to do, it does.
Really appreciate the bonus lid, brush, and chain mail.
Great pan. So far I’ve cooked fried eggs, omelettes, bacon, steaks and pancakes with no sticking at all, and it’s very easy to clean. I also love the long handle - it stays cool.
Coming from carbon steel already, I wasn't expecting to be wowed, but this pan is a step above. The nitriding means no seasoning required out of the box, heat distribution is spot on, and the 3mm thickness gives it a solidity that my previous pans lacked.
If you know how to use carbon steel, you'll love this immediately. Highly recommended.
